Dena Dietrich made her Colony debut playing the role of Mildred Z.Maxwell in the second-stage production of Done to Death. Dena is perhaps most readily identified as the mother of us all, the Mother Nature "it isn't nice to fool!" She recently completed work on NYPD Blue, Boy Meets World, and Murphy Brown. She is a veteran voice-over performer, and can be heard every day on radio and television essaying numerous characters and sounds.

Dena has appeared on Broadway in the original company of Neil Simon's Prisoner of Second Avenue, directed by Mike Nichols, with Peter Falk and Lee Grant; East of Eden (renamed Here's Where I Belong); and The Freaking Out of Stephanie Blake, with Jean Arthur. She has also been seen in both the Broadway and national companies of Funny Girl. Her off-Broadway credits include Three-Penny Opera, Cindy, and Lanford Wilson's The Rimers of Eldritch, plus numerous regional and stock productions throughout the United States.

Dena delights in her role as a bizzare judge on TV's Philly.
