Clark Gesner

Clark Gesner (Book, Music & Lyrics, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown) is a well-established writer in both theatre and television.

Gesner has been a part of many critically acclaimed productions as an actor and writer. His theatre credits also Animal Fair (book and music), The Utter Glory of Morrisey (co-creater) and Jello is Always Red. 

As an actor, Gesner has been a part of numerous regional productions including: 1776, Lend Me a Tenor, Carnival! and B.T. McNicholl's Musicals in Concert

He worked regularly as a television writer on such shows as Captain Kangaroo, Sesame Street, and That Was the Week That Was

Gesner was the lead writer on the original Charlie Brown as well as the revised version here at The Colony.
