Tom Griffin

Tom Griffin has been the Musical Director and Conductor for the Colony's productions of Inside the Music (the one woman show of legendary Donna McKechnie), You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown which received a Garland Award for Best Musical Direction and two 2002 Theatre LA Ovation Award Nominations) and the critically acclaimed Los Angeles Premiere of Side Show (which received a Los Angeles Drama Critics Award for Best Musical Direction, eight 2002 Theatre LA Ovation Award Nominations, including Best Musical Direction, and a Garland Award for Best Musical Direction and Best Production among others).

Tom also served as Musical Director/Conductor of Honk! The Musical at the Center Theatre in Long Beach as well as 70, Girls, 70 at the historical El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood.

Tom toured with the Second National (Assistant Conductor) & Third National (Associate Conductor) Tours of Disney's Beauty & The Beast along with his wife Linda (Silly Girl) and his son Max (Chip). Other productions include: Baby, Oklahoma, The Wizard of Oz, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, Jungle Book, Aladdin, Club Indigo (Drama-Logue Award for Best Musical Direction), and Fatty (for the opening of the Tiffany Theatre in Los Angeles).

A business owner for over 20 years, Tom served as Executive Producer for a Cabaret Theatre and 6800-Seat Amphitheatre in the Los Angeles Area, and has produced Business Industrial Shows in both Los Angeles and New York. He resides in Burbank with his wife Linda (who toured with Donna on the 15th Anniversary Tour of A Chorus Line) and son Max, a nationally rated fencer.
