She has been a drummer since age 12 and was a member of the original American cast of STOMP. Ameenah was happy to choreograph Leon Martel's last show, the Ovation Award nominated Steel - John Henry and the Shaker, and earlier this summer, her own piece entitled Everyman for Himself. She's been seen on stage
in L.A. with Circle X, Sacred Fools, and the Pasadena Shakespeare companies.
