Scott began designing costumes while in residence at Southern California Music Theater from 1986 to 1991. During that time, he designed Gypsy, No No Nanette, West Side Story and Singin' in the Rain. Since then, as resident designer for The Fireside Theater in Wisconsin, he designed I Do, I Do, Camelot, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, The Will Rogers Follies, Crazy for You, Fiddler on the Roof, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Once Upon a Mattress, to name a few. On Broadway he designed Jack - An Evening with John Barrymore. His work has also been featured on Las Vegas stages, in the 128th and 130th Millennium edition of Ringling Brothers, Barnum & Bailey Circus, and on ice skaters such as Michelle Kwan, and in several Disney on Ice productions. In recent years, he has designed
several original productions including Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Hurry,
Hurry Hollywood, Sayonara, Fame - The Musical, and Knight Life.
Additionally, he designed the costumes for The Most Happy Fella, HAIR,
Strike Up the Band, and Mack and Mabel for Reprise, Broadways
Best, as well as the award-winning musical BABES.
