 Melinda
Peterson first appeared on the Colony stage as Eleonora Duse in The
Ladies of the Camellias. She has appeared at regional theaters
in recent years as Hesione in Heartbreak House, Ruth in Later
Life, Kay Thorndyke in State of the Union, Sarah in At the
Stillpoint, Blanche in A Streetcar Named Desire, and Madalena
in Lillian Groag's The Magic Fire.
Melinda has received acting honors for her work in Los Angeles productions of Candy & Shelly Go to the Desert, The Illustrated Woman, Fools Die Fast, and The Ladies of the Camellias. She has made numerous guest appearances on television and is a member of the Anteaus Company. Melinda writes and performs
radio comedy with her husband, Phil Proctor, and has directed stage and
touring shows for the Firesign Theatre. Studia l'italiano con la Signora
