Matt Raftery

Matt Raftery debuted at the Colony in its 2000 revival of Dandelion Wine, then made his Colony choreographic debut with Side Show.

He has been seen in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast on Broadway and in the first national tour of Showboat, directed by Hal Prince. 

He appeared as Ralph Malph in the new musical version of Happy Days, directed by Garry Marshall.

Other regional theatre credits include Oliver! (Artful Dodger), West Side Story (Baby John) and Amazing Grace at the Illinois Theatre Center, Fiddler on the Roof at Pheasant Run Dinner Theatre, Pope Joan at the Bailiwick Repertory, Big River (Huck Finn) at the Lincoln Amphitheater and By Appointment Only at Chicago Dramatists. 

Matt has appeared on television  in MTV’s Undressed and Chicken Soup for the Soul, and in the films Witchouse and Little Hollywood.
