David Ruprecht

David Ruprecht has appeared in Colony productions of Shadow of a Gunman and Dandelion Wine.

David made his Broadway debut in 1980 with Perfectly Frank, as well as the Showtime version with Cloris Leachman. He toured the country co-starring with Donald O'Connor in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and regionally has appeared opposite John Astin, Cathy Rigby, Barbara Rush, Eve Arden, Pat O'Brien and Peter Rockell.

Television audiences will be most familiar with David as the host of Supermarket Sweep - winner of two Cable ACE Awards. He spent two years sifting the sands of time as Dan Ryan on Days of Our Lives, and was one of the hosts of Real People. David had a recurring role on Three's Company as Joyce DeWitt's boyfriend/husband and starred as Thurston Howell IV in The Harlem Globetrotters on Gilligan's Island. He has also guest-starred on Family Law, The 70's, Beverly Hills 90210, Working, Family Matters, Matlock, Full House, Team Knight Rider, Beyond Belief, Sisters, Married with Children, Doogie Howser M.D., Swamp Thing, Moonlighting, St. Elsewhere, Too Close for Comfort, and Simon & Simon, to name a few.

David's favorite role, however, is as "Husband" to choreographer Patti Colombo.
