Mike Thayer is a native of Fremont,
CA and then moved to SoCal. Since then he has been a lighting technician
for such events as the Grammys, Emmys, Golden Globes, and countless red-carpet
events and movie world premieres.
His work at The Colony includes
being master electrician for The Living,
How to Succeed in Business...
and Dandelion Wine,
and adapting lights for Shadow
of a Gunman and Eastern
Standard. He also has played a big part in the move to our new
space, preparing all of the theatrical lighting equipment.
