Drew Dalzell (Sound Design) has designed the Colony Productions of The Fabulous Lipitones, Words by Ira Gershwin, Handle With Care, The Lion in Winter, Sex and Education, Miracle on South Division Street, Falling for Make Believe, I'll Be Back Before Midnight, The Morini Strad, Blame it on Beckett, Dames at Sea, Old Wicked Songs, 2 Pianos 4 Hands, No Way to Treat a Lady, Candida, The Immigrant, Musical of Musicals. The Musical!, Billy Bishop Goes to War (Ovation Award nomination), The Grand Tour, Indoor/Ourdoor, Sherlock's Last Case, Climbing Everest, Accomplice, Grand Hotel, the Musical, Around the World in 80 Days, The Drawer Boy, Gunmetal Blues, Donna McKechnie: Inside the Music, Fuddy Meers, Side Show (Ovation Award nomination) The Laramie Project and You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown.  

Other designs include Cloudlands, Putting It Together, An Italian Straw Hat, A Little Night Music, Man From Nebraska, and A Christmas Carol at South Coast Repertory; Thrill Me and Story of my Life with Havoc Theatre Company; A Time for Love, Tick, Tick…Boom!, and Songs for a New World (Ovation Award) at The Rubicon Theatre Company.

Drew designed the sound for Wicked Lit in 2012, 2013, and 2014 and currently serves as vice president of the board for Unbound Productions. He is also the Managing Artistic Director for The Echo Theater Company.  

He is the owner of Diablo Sound with designs including Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood, Space Mountain Classic Sound at Disneyland, Nickelodeon All Access Cruises with Nickelodeon and Norwegian Cruise Lines, and Camp Critters with Utopia Entertainment at The San Diego Zoo. 

He has lectured at Yale University, The University of Missouri Kansas City, North Carolina School for the Arts, and currently teaches at UCLA, CalArts, and Santa Monica College.  He won the 1998 USITT Clear Com Sound Achievement award, and holds an MFA in Sound Design from CCM at The University of Cincinnati.
