Charles Howerton has been seen at the Colony in The Man Who Came to Dinner,  the Second Stage production Other People’s Money. other mainstage credits include An Ideal Husband, and Our Country’s Good. Other Colony appearances were in Incident at Vichy, Heartbreak House, Shadow of a Gunman, ShortTracks, and The Only Game in Town.

Television credits include USA High, Unhappily Ever After, Days of Our Lives, Top of the Heap, Married With Children, Matlock, and the made for T.V. movies House of Secrets and Lies, Casablanca, Forbidden Love, and The Choice.

 In film, he co-starred in Eat My Dust and Up from the Depths, and appeared in Assassination, White Cargo, Programmed to Kill, Dr. Benny, and Chaplin.

He can be seen in commercials for Jack in the Box, I-Omega, Southwestern Bell. AT&T, and Budweiser.  His daughter Alexis is currently producing A Midnight Not Too Clear, a short film that Charles wrote and directed.

Charles is also a published poet and short story writer and has written the short film A Midnight Not Too Clear, produced by his daughter Alexis.
